My ipod touch screen is not lighting up

My ipod had gotten wet so i put it in rice which soaked up the moisture inside. But now that it will turn on the screen wont light up even though i can see whats on the screen faintly.I went to the brightness menu and turned up the brightness it still wont work. WHat should i do?

Dear Sir,

This means that the lights are no more working and hence you will have to get it to repair for them to repair it and solve the problem.
