Hello,

I have been trying to delete Norton and other programs, but I keep getting an error message saying "You need permission to perform this action". I am logged on as the administrator. When I go to properties it has creator owner highlighted and administrator in not. When I try to give the administrator permission it gives an error msg, "An error occurred while applying security information to: C:\Program files\Norton Internet Security\AlertRes.dll Access Denied.

I HATE VISTA!!! PLEASE HELPPPP!!!
