Viewing deleted files on windows vista

Hello,
I want to view temporary internet files that have been deleted by the process of clicking on tools and deleting temporary internet files. I fear that my son/daughter have been visiting sites that I have asked them not to visit, so I understand there is a way to view those sites that they have visited even after they have been deleted. how do i do that???? please this is important!!!!

In vista visit the parental controls applet and chose the user you want to monitor. You can have activity reporting, set time limits, control games they play by rating, create a list of sites to block and a lot more
