Laptop keep restarting when i insert the USB

Hello,

I installed the WINDOWS updat from the internet, I upgrade it from XP P2 to XP P3. After that when I insert the USB the laptop keep restarting unless I remove the USB.

I need your help in this issue.

try to un-install SP3

Just I want to know how I can un install the SP3, or you mean that I have download SP2 again.

you can un-install sp3 like any program - thru Control Panel and Uninstall

Dear,

I would like to appreciate your help becuse the USB problem is sloved, but still there some problem in the windows it self so I'm going to repair it by using windows XP sofware.
