Ages ago i created an xbox live account and, i was quite young, so my mum put her email adress on and made my account 11 years old, and put an '@o2.co.uk' account on, and now she no linger has that account, and i tried to make my own email adress on there, and now we cant change it because that email is not an account anymore, can anyone help?! i need it urgently...!
Ok. Well, first of all, all you do is scroll to the bottom of the page and click my account. If you forgot your security question click I forgot my security question, and do all of the rest of the things. Hope this helps!
