Scan my pendrive without antivirus

Hello,

My computer don't have any antivirus. Now, how I can scan my pendrive.
System Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.6.3

Hi,

1) Firstly go in Start > Run
2) Go in cmd command
3) Put dir/ashr then you can find exe file
4) If you see unwanted exe file then you can delete with del command
5) After this, you check the pendrive with attrib command
