Laptop Problem Closed

Question

I got an aspire 5920 2 years ago. Now it is not getting ON even if i am pressing the power button for a long time. Battery is alright. Actually the problem started 1 month ago when it started taking a long time to get started. Also when i used to shut down the system all the programs get shut down but the power remains ON. USB ports also detect sometimes and sometimes don't detect. I am using windows vista ultimate.
Can anyone please let me know the problem it has and how to fix it?

Hi there,

Your hard drive may be overloaded with useless applications and data on it,make a backup and clean format it and install new fresh windows on machine .
