Laptop won't start

Hello,

I have a Dell Laptop Inspiron 1521. I was working with it yesterday and all of a sudden it turned off. I tried restarting it but it does not turn on the fan is on and it seems to want to start but after a few seconds it turns off. Would you know what is wrong with it.

Hi there,

When trying to restart is it on charge?adapter connected to it?and the temperature is it normal or hot than usual?Please provide these information.
