Msn plus not showing :(

Hello,
I've got windows live messenger, and i used to have msn plus installed successfully. but it now has un-installed itself D: , i then tried re-installing it a few times and it says ''MSN plus successfully installed'' which it hasnt because every time i sign in it doesn't load up at all and windows live messenger, and it is rubbish without it when you've gotten used to it. lol!
any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!
