Laptop issue Closed

Hello, 

My laptop shuts down by itself. Today when i re-booted, it showed error code 0x000000000000
0xc0000001 & 0x00103a8.
What shud i do?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.3

Hi there,

Is temperature normal or hot than usual?what were task being done when this occurred?please give more information so as to help you solve it,are there other devices connected to it like usb pendrive? printer?scanner,external drives?
