problem with opening webpages please help Closed

Hello,  

i can't open any webpages ( or download files ) , m using Bandluxe USB connect device ... 
when m trying to open any website nothing happen , m tryed to ping ( google.com ) and the result is perfect with 0% loss . 

the strange thing that when m used a proxy ( onspeed )  , every things worked fine , and when i closed it ; the problem backed again . i checked the internet settings after closing onspeed and the fields seted to no proxy ..... 

pleaaaaaaase help me ...

Dear Sir, 

The problem might be coming from the browser that you are using and hence I will request you to try using another browser. It might have been that the feature for working offline has been activated. Check it out.
