Windows xp doesnt load it keeps on going back

Hello,


my laptop doesnt load up xp , this is how it happens; upon turningn it on,. it shows the data of the unit afterwards the windows xp loading logo appears then back to where it started over and over again. how do i fix this? please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there,

Press F8 holding it to boot in safe mode,when logged it,right click on my computer>properties>advanced properties>settings(startup & recover)then disable automatic restart,press on ok,then restart system and boot normally.
