ACER AOA150 E-Rcovery Failed

Hello,

I recently attempted the ALT+F10 recovery and it failed during the process. Now when I turn on the netbook, a message appears...

NTLDR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

I pres the Ctrl+Alt+Del and it comes right back the same message.

I purchased the recovery cd's. I insert System CD and changed the boot order to boot from CD. Everything seems to run smoothly, then it asks for me to insert CD 2 Recovery CD, when I do this it spits out the CD and asks for CD 2 Recovery CD.

I've written Acer on this issue two days ago and get no response... I think they have given up.
