Not sure about what you meant by "create a new worksheet with a link from the original list". The number of sheets in a workbook depends on the amount of data and the version of excel that you are using.

Are you basically saying that if you click on "Mr. Smith", it should take you to the sheet "Mr Smith" ?

Hi,

Basically yes, but also that these worksheets are created from the original 'contents page' .

Is this possible?

Thanks.

Sorry still could not get my brains around creation part. What exactly you meant by created from original page. All i visualize is that you have clicked on a cell , and it takes you to sheet mr smith either existing or by creating one. I am sure I am missing some thing here

Hi,

Its a 2 part question really.

Firstly, and the main thing is I have is a list of 100+ error codes. I would like to create a worksheet for each of these error codes.

Secondly, from the list of 100+ error codes if a click on 1 cell it would take me to the created worksheet.

Thanks again.

Could you please upload a sample file with sample data etc on some shared site like https://authentification.site , http://wikisend.com/ , http://www.editgrid.com etc and post back here the link to allow better understanding of how it is now and how you foresee. Based on the sample book, could you re-explain your problem too
