laptop not working HELP PLEASE Closed

Hello, when i turn on my laptop and it starts to load windows before it says welcome an error box pops up that says lsass.exe system error insufficient system resources exist to complete the api never. its never done this before PLEASE HELP



Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0
