Hi there Its me again. I'm having a issue with my keyboard, saturday I unplugged my usb keyboard while the Computer was loging off. This was by accident. Then Sunday I log on to my computer and the keyboard was not responding in some ways. I'am able to press f12 and f8, but when I hit f2 nothing happens. I can also hit numbers and letters in the bios section. When it comes to loging on to windows I cannot type a password. Can someone Please help me?
First confirm whether the keyboard is not faulty by plugging it to another PC. If the keyboard is working correctly, it should be an issue over the USB port. Please get to the Device Manager and have its drive updated.
