laptop top wont start up Closed

Hello, 
yes the same thing happens to my compaq presario cq60. i have tried almost what has been said for solving the problem but still it wont tun on. only power and battery charge light on. can anyone help please


Configuration: Windows XP / SeaMonkey 2.0.4
