Laptop top wont start up

Hello,
yes the same thing happens to my compaq presario cq60. i have tried almost what has been said for solving the problem but still it wont tun on. only power and battery charge light on. can anyone help please

Please confirm whether the graphic card, power supply or motherboard is not faulty. Also get through the below instructions to see whether the problem gets solved.
