Can't get into my hotmail

Hello, I am very up set. I have every thing in my Hotmail and now it says that it has been closed I did NOT do any thing wrong. The reason is it looks like the terms of use may have been violated. I DID NOT DO IT. My hotmail is dorryday@hotmail.com. Could you PLEASE help me get back into my account!

Dear Dorry,

It might also have been for the fact that there was viruses on it. Please contact the Hotmail Support to have clear information about it.
