Itunes doesnt recognise my ipod on my pc

Hello,

My ipod wasnt recognised on my PC or itunes so I followed the steps on the itunes website but it didnt work, so i uninstalled itunes on my pc but when i plug my ipod in, itunes still pops up and is still shown on my "my programs"
How do i permenantly delete itunes? so i can reinstall it again. I've tried microsoft install clean up, control panel and even into my local disk but my local disk one doesnt delete

None of it works. HELP PLEASE
