Hello,  

hi i have an appel ipod touch and today i pluged it into my comp and it did its normal and i left thn when i came back it had this sighn on it it was a usb cord leading up to a itunes icon and i tryed holding the one circle butten and nothi8ng happend someone PLZZZZZZZZ HELP!!!!! 

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.5.9

The problem should be that there are some errors that caused some files to get corrupted and hence you should have it reset. Please get through the following steps in order to have it reset.
