Hello,
I have a dell inspiron laptop. When I on the laptop, it shows the dell logo for a few seconds before the whole screen went buzzy, like how your television will appear when the connection cable is loose. Also, when it went buzzy, it just stop there and cannot proceed any further. How do I solve this issue?
Thank you for your reply.

Untrue, Its the power connection..its a documented problem with these laptops. You need to have the Power jack replaced.
You can fix this yourself if your comfortable with electronics its a simple solder job remove the old jack clean the contacts solder the new jack on and your set. the jack itself costs maybe 10 bucks.
You can also take it to a repair tech and have them do it.

You can't fix it. It's a hardware problem with the motherboard. Nothing that a user can fix.
