Hello, 
some of my keys including backspace key acer laptop aspire.i am using on screen keyboard


Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

Please give more information on the issue,meanwhile use a paintbrush and remove any dust stuck under the keys .

hi did the key clean up,letters, o,u,t,r,w, and backspace not working i removed keys and cleaned the little rubber thing looks to be okay as well
