Sony Viao lap. is not booting from hard disk

Hello,

I installed the window through usb pendrive in my sony viao VGN-CR24G laptop.
But now when i boot it from hard disk it doesn't boot.
But when i plug in that USB stick system boots properly. Now i am unable to start windows through my hard disk.

Error messege displayed is :-
Window could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem.
could not read from the selected boot disk.Check boot path and disk hardware.

Please Help me ........
