Record sound without a mic

Recently bought a new imedia and I wanted to record sound from a DVD but it says 'a recording audio device cannot be found'.
My old imedia allowed you to record sound without any equipment, can my new one do the same?

I solved it myself earlier in the week by enabling hidden devices.

Dear Sir,

There is an internal microphone in it but you will actually have to get its audio driver installed in order to get it working.
