question mark key always pressed...what to do Closed

Hello, 

I have a compaq pressario 6000 series laptop. the question mark key of my laptop always pressed down. so whenever, I write anything at MS word/excel/powerpoint or chat, either question mark key or backslash key continuously appear in the worksheet. Please suggest how I can solve the problem, if it is possible to disable the key , then suggest also.

Dear Sir, 

If you find that it is stuck down, you should lift it up for having no more problems. If you do not have proper knowledge of how to get doing it, please consider sending for repair for you might damag other of its devices.
