Dell in power save mode and wont wake up!

Hello,
my pc has gone into power save mode and won't come out of it, i have replaced the motherboard battery and still no luck, does anyone have any other suggestions
f.y.i. it has been unplugged for nearly 3 months whilst we had builders in and it was very dusty even though it was covered up.

Dear Sir,

Please consider restoring the mobile phone to factory settings in order to get it working properly and also provide more details about the matter so that we get to see into the matter appropriately.
