Ipod nano 5th g. not recognized

My ipod nano 8 gb 5th generation is not recognized ... my lap says that its an unknown device, so I looked on the driver details , try to updated it ., but doesn't work at all... it doesn't even appears on my pc, or itunes, anything...

any help please!
