Hello,
When I type Run->regedit an alert displayed saying registry editing has been disabled by your administrator. How can I edit it?

You are actually using a user account, please consider logging in an administrator's account and hence get the possibility to access to it.

Try this
Use the Group policy editor
goto run and type
%windir%\system32\gpedit.msc
then make
User Config\Admin Templates\System\Prevent Access To registry Editing Tools= "Not Configured"
If that does not work, there are other ways that you can try
