Keyboard not working

Hello,
i just bought a brand new dell 1525 and as soon as it arrived home i went to put it on. and the keyword were not working nothing was working. i am talking about the bulilt in keyboard. i tried everything but it doesnt want to work. any help plsss ??????????

call Dell an ask them to replace the laptop. They will send you a new one or send out a tech to replace the keyboard.
