White Screen on Ipod, No apple sign.

My ipod has the white screen of death. NOTHING ive tryed has helped it yet. Ive restored it, Held the home and power button for like 10minutes. Ive held power home and volume up button. NOTHING WORKS.. Please help! My iPod is like my LIFE!
