Oops Internet Explorer cannot connect to Closed

Question

Hello, I am trying to connect to www.mendozasun.com but all I get from Internet Explorer is 'Oops Internet Explorer cannot connect to this site'.  I have tried on a number of other computers and can get connected to mendozasun.com ok.  I have spoken to Computer Troubleshooters and they cannot help.  Is there anyone who knows how to overcome this problem?



Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

It might be that the specific website has been blocked on your browser and hence consider accessing to it via an online proxy or an alternative browser.
