Laptop issues

Hello,

my laptop is 9 years old. I connected to talk talk broadband and everthing seemed fine. I downloaded AVG basic one as antivirus but in a few hours the laptop was being very slow and got even worse. I downloaded Norton 360 version 4 but this made my laptop much worse and now it takes 4 to 5 mins to load a page. Whats gone wrong and would i be able to correct this fault.

I will try my best to solve your problem.

If you are using both AVG and Norton, I recommend you to use only one antivirus.

Open task manager by holding ctrl and shift keys and press Ecs key ---> then click on "Processes" tab.

There you can see application names and its memory usage. Just check which

program is taking much memory. Check the cpu usuage also.
