bkack screen problem with dazzle dvc 100Closed

Hello, 


my dazzle dvc 100 isnt working. i ve tried recording on moviemaker, vegas and avs recorder and pinnacle isnstant dvd recorder. it just shows a black screen. it can locate the dazzle dvc100 but cannot record with it. ive tried reinstalling and installing those links on the pinnacle website. all i want is to record ps3 using dazzle dvc 100. can someone help me with steps.
Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.6.3

I am having the exact same problem. I changed the leads in case they were the problem but no result. I also reinstalled.

I'm having this problem too! I've seen that just waiting days sometimes helps, but I really hope there's a real answer to this question out there.
