Dell laptop mouse problems

Hello,

My Dell Latitude D600 laptop is been having a mouse problem for a long time now, every time I touch my laptop keyboard it starts to go to the top right corner or the bottom right corner.. and I can't use it for about thirty seconds.. do you know of any way to fix this problem?
