My laptop has no IP it's completely gone.

I'm having a problem where my laptops IP is non-exsistant. I've brought up the cmd promt and the ipconfig shows nothing. It has nothing for an IP. I've even tried ipconfig/release ad -/renew but that did nothing. So I can't connect it to the internet or anything. And my routers settings are still the same. Just I stepped out for a a minute. Came back in and it was gone. Any advice.

Hi there,

Try ipconfig /flushdns then renew,you need to select detect ip automatically and dns also else while sending command from cmd will not work.
