Got low disk space

Hello,

need hel downloading itunes,im following all steps and whe it get to the part that to install it tells me have no space on disk so my qustion is what do i do about the disk space.?

Clear your temp files just go to start>run> and type %temp%
and delete the all files in the temp folder.
