Firewall preventing programs Closed

Question

Hello, 
My Firewall is preventing Mozilla Firefox from starting and that is blocking my new  printer from working..  Help.  How do I allow Firefox to run?



Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

You should not have to turn off firewall just to let Firefox work, i think you might want to scan your computer for viruses or download Malwarebytes then let it scan for 2 hours less.......
