Video is horrible in i tunes

Hello,

When I go to itunes store and try to play trailer to movie, the screen is nothing but a bunch of lines. Audio is fine, but video is horrible. I tried deleting i tunes and re-loading with the same results . if I watch trailer in real player, same thing. if I go to you tube, no problem watching video. Email attachments are fine when watching video.
