Hello,
The file you are referring to is a temporay file which is generated after a os or an application error. It is to inform on the nature of the error. There is no virus or malware involved.
You can delete it without any problem.

Hello Dil I may think it is a Trojan thats in your system maybe do us a highjackthis log for us and post the log in here so we can look at it just in case or you can do a Malwarebytes scan just to be on the safe side which you can get the files from these websites then......

but maybe give us a highjackthis log file first ok then.
click on scan system and save a log file.
copy that then paste it here for Ambucias to look at it then he will let help you most the way depends on what it is that the file is.
