Samsung Corby pro Closed

Hello, 

I have samsung corby pro when trying to install dictionary of english to german wit .jar file there is an error as unsupported file and when contacted customer care thy sayin this is software protected phone how can I use the softwre can anyone help me pls....

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.0.19
