Computer keeps rebooting

Hello,
i just formatted my computer a day back and today when i switched it on it goes until the windows xp loading screen and den goes back to d start screen when you switch on the computer..basically it keeps rebooting without goin to the main screen...need help

Hi there,

As mentioned just formatted,so reformat it again and remove all new hardware creating conflicts.
