Genuine microsoft software

Hello,
My desktop becomes black and I can't change wallpaper permanently. Also, there's a notification on the right of desktop that: your computer might be at risk of geniune microsoft software. Please help me delete this of software and message.

Register your windows with valid and genuine cd key to remove this message and have updates for system from Microsoft website.
