IPod apps are gone

Somehow, my little brother managed to delete just about every app (only mail, contacts, youtube, maps, clock, itunes, and video are left)

Can someone help me out? I had alot of apps/things in notes I REALLY need back...

Just plug into iTunes and restore the most recent Backup by right clicking your iPod in the left navigator and choosing Restore from Backup...
