Nokoi 5130 connectivity: still unsolved

Hello,

I can connect my nokia 5130 to my pc via bluetooth n datacable but as soon as the device gets connected, the phone turns off and on automatically. The connection hence gets disabled. Plzzzzzz help

Hi there,

You must not connect by both ,either data cable or Bluetooth ,one at a time.Have you installed the pc suite for it?and subscribed for internet service on handset?please confirm.
