Please help, I have an online course and my teacher sent me doc. to my e-mail address. When I tried to open it, it says that ''Photo Gallery can't open this picture or video. This file format is not supported, or you don't have the latest updates to Photo Gallery."
I am just using Windows Vista Home Basic 32BIT. Please I really need to read those documents and print it.

Dear Sir,

Please consider indicating in which format the specific picture is in for appropriate help.

Thanks.

Hello,

If you right click on the document icon, then on properties, what type of format document does it say it is?

Regards

Hello,

The teacher did not properly formated or programmed the link for you to see the docs on the site.

Anyhow, it is certainly not a teacher using the usual methods for correspondance teaching such as used by U of C.

In my lifetime I have never seen a Yahoo link starting with ca.mg3 (ca. for Canada)

I stronly suggest that you contact your teacher and ask him to revise is method of sending you documents. If he wants you to see a picture, even a document, they should be in HTML not in hyper text. In HTML you can use your e-mail software, IE or Ms Photo Editor.

Should you require and further assistance please contact me on this thread.

Best regards

P.S. I'm an ex teacher in Canada
