my laptop background screen automaticaly chage and every time power on.display the blang screen .slove this problem

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Thinking about it some more, I think that the BIOS settings for the laptop screen brightness might just be the default at startup or when you plug or unplug your laptop.
