Wireless connected but no internet

Hello,

wireless is connected (high signal) but cant connect to internet. other laptops in the house are working fine (wireless)
this laptop connects to internet with a wired ethernet connection though. pls help !

Open command prompt on this problematic computer, type following command and see whether it displays correct IP address, subnet mask, gateway and DNS servers. If yes, test to ping gateway IP (router IP), it should work. If not, it's not connected properly to wireless network, recheck wireless adapter configuration again.

ipconfig /all

Open internet explorer and go to tools ans uncheck work offline and try again.
