Hello, i am having a problen trying to download itunes for my ipod nano 4th gen and it keeps coming up saying it couldnt make a file in all users or summart like that and its says retry but continues to say the same message and then at the end when ive canceled it it says that i need quicktime i think can anybody help ide be so grateful :(
