My hp laptop does not sound too

Hello,

Thank you for all your post.

Pls the loudspeaker of my laptop does not work, but it plays through the earpiece.

I tried to set the speaker as the default in control panel but the "set as default" button is inactive.

Please wat can i do?

Dear Funmi,

Please get to the Advanced Speaker Settings in the Sound and Audio Properties to get it changed to speakers.
