Hello there!

If anyone can help me I'd greatly appreciate it because it's sending me nuts...

I can't connect to the internet in my house (wirelessly), but my housemate can. When I try connecting to it, the status flips wildly between connected (but acquiring network address) and disconnected, and when I click on 'repair' it says it "can't renew ip address".

This suddenly started happening just the other day, and I have no idea why. I haven't installed anything new on my PC, have updated drivers for my wifi card (Netgear WG311v3) since it started happening (in case that had anything to do with it), and can connect to my neighbours' wifi connection (which suggests to me it's not my card, but I'm not that tech savvie)...the router's a Netgear WGR614.

I've tried the ipconfig/release thing, and all that tells me is my DHCP timed out, and I have no idea what that means.

Heeeellllppppp! :D

Dear Rev,

Please check whether its configuration settings have well been set in order to get free from the difficulty.

Thank you.
